Shipping
Once
your order is placed, an invoice is automatically generated through our
website, and your product immediately enters our preparation process.
Each
order is carefully prepared in our workshop and securely packaged before being
transferred to our logistics partner Yurtiçi Kargo A.Ş. At this stage, the
necessary international shipping documentation and consignment records are
prepared according to the destination country.
Your
package is then handed over to a trusted international courier. For most
international deliveries, we use FedEx or UPS, both known for their reliability
and fast global delivery networks.
After
the shipment is officially collected by the courier, a tracking number is
typically generated within approximately 72 hours. As soon as we receive the
tracking information, it is immediately shared with our customers so the
shipment can be followed in real time.
Once
the tracking number becomes active, delivery is generally expected within
approximately three business days, depending on the destination and local
customs procedures.
In
rare cases, international shipments may experience delays due to customs
inspections or global logistics conditions. If such a situation occurs, we make
sure to keep our customers informed and assist throughout the process.
Packaging
Every
product is packaged using a multi-layer protection system designed for safe
international transport.
To
prevent any potential scratches during handling, each razor is first covered
with a protective surface film (blue or red). The product is then placed inside
a thick, airtight protective bag with sealed edges to protect it from moisture
and environmental exposure.
After
this step, the item is placed inside a specially designed protective box
engineered to withstand impact and pressure during transportation.
To
further minimize the possibility of shipment mix-ups during international
logistics handling, water-resistant metallic address labels with strong
adhesive properties are applied during multiple stages of the packaging
process.
This
carefully designed packaging method ensures that every product is securely
protected throughout its entire journey — from our workshop to your door.
Our goal is to make sure your razor arrives safely, exactly as it left our workshop, anywhere in the world.
Manufacturing Origin
This
product is primarily manufactured in Istanbul, Türkiye, where the majority of
the production process takes place within Rocnel’s own facilities.
Research
and development, product design, CNC machining, surface finishing, assembly,
quality control, packaging, and global distribution are all carried out in
Istanbul, forming the core of Rocnel’s manufacturing operations.
Certain
specialized mechanical components are produced in collaboration with highly
specialized European manufacturers. The internal spring components are designed
by Rocnel in Türkiye and manufactured in Italy, while elements of the locking
mechanism are produced in Germany.
The
stainless steel raw materials used in production are also sourced from Italy,
ensuring consistent material quality suitable for high-precision machining.
